ENACTED BY THE. PR~IDENT IN THE SEVENTEENTH Yr.A'R OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA.
An Act to re-enact certazn enactments.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Ke1·ala State Legislature (Delegation of Powers) Act, 1965 (12 of 1!165), the President is pleased to enact as follows:-
!. Short title and commencement.-( I) This Act may be called the Kerala Re-enacting Act, 1966.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. R1-enactment of certazn Presicknt's Acts.-The President's Act1 specified in the Schedule are hereby re-enacted.
