An Act further to continue the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961
Preamble.-\VHEREAS 1t IS expedient to continue the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961, for a further Period:
BE it enacted in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as follov.s:-
1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Kerala Essential A1 ticles Control (Temporal y Powers) Continuance Act, 1969.
2. Amendment of section 1.-In sub-section (3) ofsectwn I of the Kerala Essential Arttcle~ Control (T<rmporary Powers) Act, 1961 (3 of 1962), for the words "seven >cars", the words "mne years" shall be substituted.
