AN ACT TO REPEAL THE ORISSA MOTOR SPIRIT (TAXATION ON SALES) Acr, 1946
E it by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Twenty-eighth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:—
1. (1) This Act maybe calledtheOrissaMotor Spirit (Taxation on Sales) Repeai Act, 1977.
(2) It shall come into on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
