Telangana act 024 of 1950 : The Nizams Trust Deeds (Validation) Act, 1950.

Section 1.Short title and commencement.

(1) This Act may be called the Nizam's Trust Deeds (Validation) Act, 1950.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force in relation to any Scheduled trust deed from the date on which such deed was executed.

Section 2.Definition.

"Scheduled trust deed" means a trust deed specified in the Schedule.

Section 3.Provision of Scheduled Trust Deeds to have the force of law.

All the provisions of any Scheduled trust deed shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, be valid and effectual for all purposes and shall have the force of law.
