Telangana act 015 of 1993 : The Telangana Regulation of Trade in Indian Made Foreign Liquor, Foreign Liquor Act, 1993.

Section 1.Short title, extent and commencement.

(1) This Act may be called the ¹Telangana ²[Regulation of Trade in *]Indian Made Foreign Liquor], Foreign Liquor] Act, 1993.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions.
