An Act to amend the Chhattisgarh Rajya Anusuchit Janjati Ayog Adhiniyam, 1995 (No. 24 of 1995).

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislatue in the Sixty-eighth Year ofthe Republic of India as follows :-

l. (l) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Rajya Anusuchit Janjati Ayog short rirte rnd (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam,Z077. commencement'

@ It shall come into force from the date ofits publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Rajya Anusuchit Janjati Ayog Adhiniyam, 1995 amendment of (No.24ofl995), (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), in clause (b), after the section^2. words "the chairperson", the words "and Vice Chairperson" shall be inserted.

3. In Section 3 ofthe Principal Act, in sub-section (2), in clause (a), after the words ,.the Amendment of chairperson", the words "and one shall be Vice Chairperson" shall be inserted. section^3.

4. In Section 4 ofthe Principal Act, after the word "Chairperson", wherever it occurs, the Ameodment of punctuation ard word ", Vice Chairperson" shall be inserted. secrion 4.

5. In Section 6 ofthe Principal Act, after the word "Chairperson", the punctuation and Amendment of word ", Vice Chairperson" shall be inserted. seclion 6'

6. In Section I 5 of the Principal Act, after the words " The Chairperson", t}te prmctuation Amcndrnent of and word ", Vice Chairperson" shall be inserted. section ls'
