THE L'IDIAN TOLLS (CHHATTISGARH AMENDMENT) ADHINIYAM, 2001 An acl to further amend the Imlian tolls Act, 1932 (No. 8 ofl932) in its application to the State of Chhattisgarh to the levy of tolls by Government on public roads and bridges in the State of Chhattisgarh . .

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic oflndia as follows :-

l. (l) This act may be called the ludian Tolls (Chhallisgarh Amendment) Act, 2001 (No. 25 of 2002).

(2) This shall be applicable in the entire State of Chhattisgarh.

(3) It shall come in to force on such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint. · · ·

2. In Section 2 of the Indian Tolls (Chhattisgarh Amendment) Act, 1932 (No. 8 of 1932) words

"for such longer period not exceeding fifteen years" the words "for such longer period not exceeding thirty years" shall be substituted.
