Preamble. Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Assam Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955, hereinafter called the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

Preamble. Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Regulation X Assam Land and Ravenue Regulation, 1886 hereinafterof|
