An Act further to :amend the Chhattisgarh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha (Vetan T:1tha Bhatia) Adhiniy:1111, 1972, The Chhattisgarh Vidhan Manda! Neta Pratipaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Adhiniyam, 1980.

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislative in the Fifty-Fiflh year of the Republic of India as follows :-

I. (I) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha, Short title and Neta Pratipaksha Vetan Bhatta Vidhi Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2004. Commencement.

(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Gazette. Part-I Amendment to the Chhattisgarh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972).

2 In Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Amendment of Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972),-

Section 3^.

(i) In sub-section (2) for the words "Three Thousand" the words "Five Thou- sand" shall be substituted, and

{llJ In sub-sectipn (3) for the words "Six Hundred" the .\vords "Seven Hundred Sixty Seven" and for the words "Five Hundred" the words "Seven Hundred Fifty" shall be substituted.

Part-Il Amendment to the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Manda! Neta Pratipaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Adhiniyam, 1980 (No. 8 of 1980).

3. In Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Manda! Neta Pratipaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Amendment of Adhiniyam, 1980,-

Section 4.

(i) In sub~section (2) for the words "Three Thousand" the words "Five Thou- sand" shall be substituted, and

(ii) In sub-section (3) for the words "Six Hundred" the words "Seven Hundred Sixty Seven" shall be substituted.

An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972). .

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-first year of the Republic of India as follows :-

I.⁽¹⁾ This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha (Ve tan Short title and Tatha Bhatta) (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2010. commencement.

(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha (V~tan Tatha Bhatta) Alilendment of Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act) for the Section l. word.s "One Thousand Five Hundred" the words "Seven Thousand" shall be substituted. ', ~, ':

3.⁽ⁱ⁾ In sub-section (2) of Section 3 for the words "Five Thousand" the words "Eight .A meitdment of Thousand" shall be substituted. S«tion 3.

Amendment of 4. (1) In sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Principal Act, for the words "of Eight Section 3. Thousand rupees per mensem" the words "as specified in the Schedule" shalj be substituted. ·

(2) In sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Principal Act, for the words "of One Thousand One Hundred Ten rupees per day to the Speaker and One Thousand Ninty rupees per day to the Deputy Speaker" the words "as specified in the Schedule" shall be substituted.

Insertion of Schedule. 5. After Section 11 of the Principal Act, the following Schedule shall pt: added, namely:-
