An Act to repeal the Kerala Additional Tax 011 Lands Act, 1961.
Preamble.-WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Kerala Additional Tax on Lands Act, 1961;
BE it enacted in the Eighteenth Year of the Repu IJlic of India as folio Yo s :-
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Additional Tax on Lands (Repeal) Act, 1967,
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th day of October, 1962.
2. Repeal of Act 25 of 1961.-The Kcrala Additional Tax on Lands Act, 1961 (25 of 1961), is hereby rcpc,ded.
