Replacing Bill of the Uttaranchal [The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpakalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation & Modification Order, 2002 (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2002.
It is Hereby enacted in the Fifty-Fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows-
* As passed by the Uttaranchal Legislative Assembly and assented to by the Governor on April 16, 2003.
1. Short title & commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Uttaranchal [Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpakalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002 (First Amendment) Act, 2003.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on December 31, 2002.
2. Amendment of section 2 of the Principal Act.- In section 2 of the Uttaranchal [The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpakalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002 for the words and figures ‘till December 31, 2002’, the words and figures ‘till December 31, 2003’ shall be substituted.
3. Repeal and savings.- The Uttar, Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi. Sgmiti (Alpakalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972 Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002 (Uttaranchal Amendment) Adhyadesh, 2002 is hereby repealed.
