For further amendment in the Uttaranchal [The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik Vyavastha) Act, 1972] Adaptations Modification Order, 2002

It is Hereby enacted in the Fifty-Fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

* As passed by the Uttaranchal Legislative Assembly and assented to by the Governor on 28-12-2003.

Section 1. Short title & commencement

1. Short title & commencement.- (7) This Act may be called The Uttaranchal [The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002 (Second Amendment) Act, 2003.

(2) It shall be come into force at once.

Section 2. Amendment of section 2 of the Principle Act

2. Amendment of section 2 of the Principle Act.- In section 2 of the Uttaranchal [The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002 for the words and figures "till December 31, 2003", the words and figures "till June 30, 2004" shall be substituted.
