An Act
Replacing Act further to amend the Uttaranchal [The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation & Modification Order, 2002 in its application to the State of Uttaranchal
Promulgated by the Governor in the Fifty fifth year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
* As passed by the Uttaranchal Legislative Assembly and assented to by the Governor on August 04, 2004.
1. Short title Commencement and Extent.- (1) This Act may be called the Uttaranchal [The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation & Modification Order, 2002 (Third Amendment) Act, 2004.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
(3) It shall be applicable to the whole State of Uttaranchal.
2. Amendment of Section 2 or the Principal Act.- In Section 2 of the Uttaranchal [The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation & Modification Order, 2002 for the words and figures, "till June 30, 2004" the words and figures, "till June 30, 2005" shall be substituted.
3. Repeal & Savings.- (1) The Uttaranchal [The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpkalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972] Adaptation & Modification Order, 2002 (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2004, is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance referred in subjection (1), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Att, as if the provisions of this Act were inforce at all material times.
