An Act to further amend the Uttarakhand School Education Act, 2006 (Act No. 8 of 2006)
Be it enacted by Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly in Sixty-sixth Year of Indian Republic as under-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act shall be called the Uttarakhand School Education (Amendment) Act, 2015.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Substitution of Section 40(1)(a)(iii).- Sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 40 of the Uttarakhand School Education Act, 2006 shall be substituted as follows, namely-
"(iii) was appointed on ad hoc basis in lecturer grade or trained graduate grade on or after 26 January, 2005, but not after 30 June 2010 against substantive vacancy in accordance with the provisions of Section 40 of the Uttarakhand School Education Act, 2006 and hold prescribed qualification and eligibility against the post.".
