*Orissa Entertainments Tax (Amendment) Act, 1993**

An Act further to Amend the Objssa Entertainments Tax Act, 1946.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Forty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Orissa Entertainments Tax (Amendment) Act, 1993.
2. Amendment of section 13.- In section 13 of the Orissa Entertainments Tax Act, 1946 (Orissa Act 5 of 1946).-
(a) in sub-section (1), for the words "for Establishment of low cost Cinema houses" the words "for utilisation, in equal proportion, of low cost Cinema houses in the State and development of Oriya Film industry" shall be substituted; and
(b) in sub-section (2), for the words "for establishment of low cost Cinema houses in the State" the commas and words "in equal proportion, for establishment of low cost Cinema houses in the State and development of Oriya Film industry" shall be substituted.
