THE MANIPUR HILL AREAS (HOUSE TAX) AMENDMENT
ACT, 1975
(Manipur Act 10 of 1975)
AN ACT
to amend the Manipur Hill Areas (House Tax) Act, 1966.. 3483:1523 Act 0 .
BE it enacted by the Legislature of Manipur in the Twenty—sixth
Years of the Republic of India as follows :4—
'1. (I) This Act may be called the Manipur Hill Areas (House Short title
Tax) Amendment Act, 1975. . and Com.
mencement.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government
may, by notification in the Manipur Gazette, appoint.
2 In sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Manipur Hifl Areas Amendment
(House Tax) Act, 1966, for the words “three rupees” occurring in fiaifigna;
the second line, the words "six rupees” shall be substituted ”WW“.
