An Act further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007.
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Sixty-first year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2010.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force from 29th April, 2010
2. Amendment of Schedule.- In the Schedule to the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007 (No. 17 of 2007), in column (1) to (6), the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
