An Act to amend the Kerala Public Buildings (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1968
Preamble.- Whereas it is expedient to amend the Kerala Public Buildings (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1968, for the purpose hereinafter appearing;
Be it enacted in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Republic India as follows:-
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Kerala Public Buildings (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Amendment Act, 1975.
2. Amendment of section 2.- In section 2 of the Kerala Public Buildings (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1968 (25 of 1968), in clause (d),-
(a) in item (i), the word "and" occurring at the end shall be omitted;
(b) in item (ii), the word "and" shall be inserted at the end; and
(c) after item (ii) as so amended, the following item shall be inserted namely
(iii) all buildings, whether residential or non-residential irrespective of categories or types, constructed by individuals or co-operative societies or other institutions with aid of any loan from the Government;".
