An Act to amend the Himachal Pradesh State Aid to Industries Act, 1988 (Act No. 2 of 1971).
It is hereby enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Twenty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh State Aid to Industries (Amendment) Act, 1978.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of section 35.- In section 35 of the Himachal Pradesh State Aid to Industries Act, 1968 (2 of 1971) after the words "with the previous sanction of the State Government" and before the sign "," the words" or of any other officer, as may be authorised by it in this behalf shall be inserted,
