An Act to repeal certain Acts.
Whereas, it is expedient to repeal certain obsolete Acts;
It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-seventh year of the Republic of India as follows:
This Act may be called the Gujarat Repealing Act, 2006.
The Acts specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.
