An Act to repeal the Gujarat Obsequial Dinners (Control) Act, 1963.
It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
* Received the Assent of the Governor on the 24th February, 2005 is hereby published for general information.
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat Obsequial Dinners (Control) (Repeal) Act, 2005.
2. Repeal.- The Gujarat Obsequial Dinners (Control) Act, 1963 (Guj. 8 of 1964) is hereby repealed.
