*Court Fees (Orissa Amendment) Act, 1993**

An Act further to amend the Court Fees Act, 1870 in its Application to the State of Orissa.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Forty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Court Fees (Orissa Amendment) Act, 1993.
2. Amendment of Section II.- In Schedule II to the Court Fees Act, 1870 (V of 1908) as amended in its application to the state of Orissa, in article 1, for clause (d) including the entries under the second and third columns thereof, the followings shall be substituted, namely:-
| "(d)(i) When presented to the High Court under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (V of 1908). | Thirty rupees |
| (ii) When presented to a District Court under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (V of 1908) for revision of an order; | |
| (a) When the value of the suit or proceedings to which the order relates does not exceed one thousand rupees. | Eleven rupees |
| (b) When the value of the suit or proceedings exceeds one thousand rupees. | Twenty rupees |
| (iii) When presented to a Court otherwise than under that Section. | Four rupees.". |
