An Act further ??? amend the Andhra Pradesh Mandala Praja Parishads, Zilla Praja Parishads and Zilla Abhivrudhi Sameeksha Mandals Act, 1986.
Be it enacted by the legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Thirty-eight Year of the Republic of ??? as follows:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Mandala Praja Parishads, and Zilla Praja Parishads and Zilla Abhivrudhi Sameeksha Mandals (Third Amendment) Act, 1987.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th April, 1987.
2. Amendment of section 43.- In the Andhra Pradesh Mandala Praja Parishads, Zilla Praja Parishads and Zilla Abhivrudhi Sameeksha Mandals Act, 1986, (Act 31 of 1986) in section 43, in sub-section (3), in clause (v), for the words "by the members", the words "by the Chairman and the members" shall be substituted.
3. Repeal of Ordinance 3 of 1987.- The Andhra Pradesh Mandala Praja Parishads, Zilla Praja Parishads and Zilla Abhivrudhi Sameeksha Mandate (Amendment) Ordinance, 1987 is hereby repealed.
