An Act farther to amend the Andhra pradesh Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1956
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Court Fees and Suits Valuation (Amendment) Act, 1992.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st May, 1992.
2. Amendment of Section 67.- In the Andhra Pradesh Court Foes and Suits Valuation Act, 1956 (Act VII of 1956). In section 67, after clause (XV), the following clause shall be added, namely:-
(xvi) Plaints, memorandum of appeal, all types of petitions and applications, memorandum of appearance and vakalatnamas filed by the State Government or its lawyers before any court, tribunal or other authority.
3. Repeal of ordinance 7 of 1992.- The Andhra Pradesh Court fees and suits valuations (Amendment) ordinance, 1992 is hereby repeated.
