An Act to repeal the Vaccination Act, 1880

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1 Received the assent of the President on 3-8-2001 and published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Part II, Section 1, dated 4-8-2001, p.1, No. 22.

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Vaccination (Repeal) Act, 2001.

Section 2. Repeal of Act (13 of 1880)

2. Repeal of Act (13 of 1880).- The Vaccination Act, 1880 is hereby repealed.
