An Act to extend the operation of the Indian Patents and Designs (Temporary Rules) Act, 1915.

Whereas it is expedient to extend the operation of the Indian. Patents and Designs (Temporary Rules) Act, 1915 (6 of 1915); It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1 Received the assent of the Governor General on the 2nd September, 1920.

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Indian Patents and Designs (Temporary Rules) Amendment Act, 1920.

Section 2. Amendment of section 1, Act VI of 1915

2. Amendment of section 1, Act VI of 1915.- In sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Indian Patents and Designs (Temporary Rules) Act, 1915 (VI of 1915), for the words "six months" the words "one year and six months" shall be substituted.
