An Act further to amend the Indian Coinage Act, 1906.
Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Indian Coinage Act, 1906 (3 of 1906); It is hereby enacted as follows:-
1 Received the assent of the Governor General on the 9th September, 1920.
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Indian Coinage (Amendment) Act, 1920.
2. Amendment of section 11 of Act III of 1906.- In section 11 of the Indian Coinage Act, 1906 (III of 1906), for the word "fifteen" the word "ten" shall be sub-stituted.
3. Repeal of Ordinance III of 1920.- The Gold Ordinance, 1920 (III of 1920), is hereby repealed.
