An Act to amend the Factories Act, 1934, for a certain purpose.
Whereas it is expedient to amend the Factories Act, 1934 (XXV of 1934), for the purpose hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
1 Received the assent of the Governor General on the 30th September, 1935.
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the "Factories (Amendment) Act, 1935".
2. Amendment of section 43. Act XXV of 1934.- In sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Factories Act, 1934 (XXV of 1934), after the word "Chapter" the words, "other than the provisions of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 45 and of the provisoes to that sub-section," shall be inserted.
