An Act to repeal the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1941

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:

This Act may be called the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance Repeal Act, 2001.

The Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1941 is hereby repealed.
