An Act to repeal the Countess of Dufferin's Fund Act, 1957
Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1 Received the assent of the President on December 18, 2002 and published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Part II, Section I, dated 19th December, 2002, p. 1, No. 77.
2 Repealed by Act 4 of 2018, S. 3 and Sch. II, dated 8-1-2018.
1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Countess of Dufferin's Fund (Repeal) Act, 2002.
2. Repeal of Act 63 of 1957.-The Countess of Dufferin's Fund Act, 1957 is hereby repealed.
