An Act further to amend the Central Agricultural University Act, 1992.
Be it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1 Received the assent of the President on the 19th August, 2016.
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Central Agricultural University (Amendment) Act, 2016.
2. Amendment of section 2.- In the Central Agricultural University Act, 1992 (40 of 1992) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 2, in clause (l), after the word "Mizoram,", the word "Nagaland," shall be inserted.
3. Amendment of section 6.- In section 6 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), after the word "Mizoram,", the word "Nagaland," shall be inserted.
